Here is Ayo's current list: KU, Illinois, Memphis, Oklahoma State, USC, North Carolina State, Xavier, Creighton, Wake Forest, UConn and New Mexico.
It's not clear to me if KU is recruiting Ayo as a point guard. If so, the path there is not as clear:

One thing Ayo doesn't lack is motivation:

It's not clear to me if KU is recruiting Ayo as a point guard. If so, the path there is not as clear:
Devon Dotson, a 6-foot-1 senior from Providence Day High School in Charlotte, N.C., who is ranked No. 35 in the Class of 2018 by Rivals.com, will visit KU on Aug. 25-27, sources confirmed on Wednesday . . .There’s been talk that a Dotson commitment might also help KU land No. 3-ranked Zion Williamson, a 6-6 senior forward from Spartanburg (S.C.) Day School.

One thing Ayo doesn't lack is motivation:
"When I see rankings and I feel like I'm not as high, I say, 'I'm Coming' -- I'm coming for the top. And 'Why Not Me' -- why can't I be great, why can't I be a McDonald's All-American? Why not?" says the 17 year-old.
Dosunmu’s actual first name is Quam. It honors his father and grandfather’s Nigerian heritage and appropriately means “to go forward” in Yoruba.
“I want to be looked up to by the next generation of kids. I want them to look up to me and say, 'I want to be like Ayo'," Dosunmu says.
