loren tate just said he though trent and dfw could be coming back
Honestly, I'd ignore any rumors on this from either end until the season ends. Who knows how these guys will feel when the season ends. Too many emotions right now. Once they sit down to reflect, we'll have a clearer idea. I don't blame them if they choose to leave and get paid. Their career would be ending on a high note.

From all that we've heard, that seems extremely unlikely.
I'm sorry, but who is "we"? If you mean Loyalty, I don't recall anything saying they wouldn't be coming back, but maybe I've missed it.

I think some are just assuming that since we haven't heard anything about them coming back, they are assuming the worst, that they aren't.

Trent's dad announced on social media that this is Trent's last year. There's also a rumor that Trent and DMW already pretty much know their next destination, and that they will be playing together in Europe.

Maybe things have changed since then, and maybe they could change again in the future, but earlier signs did not seem promising.

Yes, agreed. They have limited playing years. why not get paid 6 figures to play for 5-10 years? instead of 4-9 years. They are gone.

Whats this kid's deal? He plays for Sierra Canyon, with Bronny James, so scouts are clearly seeing him, but according to both Rivals and his only offer is Cal, which is a good offer, but still strange it's the only one he has

Agreed.. You think he would get offers just for potential.. Got size.. .. nice shot.. can't jump.. but I think many teams would take him.

They should go make money! They have done their job and need to reep in the rewards of professional money, no matter where it is, for as many years as they can.

Hoping to see them playing in the TBT...

Found the next Kofi replacement. 7' 3" 260

I've seen Harold play multiple times in person. Not nearly as strong as Kofi (but who is?). Decent footwork and shot fundamentals for a big fella. Really tough to gauge where he is in his development, as he hasn't played in a year, and was heavily overshadowed the past two seasons by many others on that loaded Sierra Canyon squad; he didn't even start. Think about that; a 7-3 high schooler who comes off the bench! He was fringe Top 100 last time I saw him. There is a notion that he is just going to return to China and play pro ball.

I know nothing about this kid Yu, but there have been a number of skyscrapers over the years who have played limited minutes and signed with small or mid-major programs. I'll catch a short video of a giant at Western Kentucky and wonder how he ended up there, only to see he averages 5-15 minutes a game. Probably a question of size vs. skill, fitness, and health?

Remember 7'7" Kenny George from Chicago who played at UNC Asheville?

We've been so lucky to have in Kofi a big who stays on the floor and gets better week by week to where he possesses the skillset he currently has!
