Lot of invitational AAU events this weekend. Fire is at the Run 'n Slam in Ft. Wayne. A lot of times not all the team players are at these for the entire weekend since it's not part of the EYBL circuit. Fire and All Ohio Red are the only EYBL teams I've noticed at Run 'Slam -- there is a Wisconsin Playground Elite but I don't think it's the EYBL version.
The Jayhawk Invitiational is another one going on this weekend. The St. Louis Eagles were at that one last year but I don't see Bradley Beal this year. Howard Pulley is the only EYBL team I saw.
Anyway Fire beat this Wisconsin Playground Elite 87-79 last night. Saw this on Mac Irvin Fire's twitter. You can also follow how guys are doing on Scott Burgess' twitter feed.
