Hard to tell on Vesel. He does run the floor well and finishes pretty strong. That competition in that video didn't look that great.

Yeah, and I haven't seen anybody here post it yet. If it turns out to be true, maybe Evans actually has his own sources.
Well, we have two project bigs. It will be a test of this staff to develop them into Big Ten caliber players. We should definitely hold our expectations in check for the next couple of years, but maybe by their junior seasons, we can have a couple of Mav Morgan type success stories.

I actually didn't think Brad Underwood could find one viable big guy for 2017 so late in the recruiting cycle. Finding two would be a minor miracle, even if they're both projects.

Yeah it would be a bad bad move. All I know is if true, its a big bonus to the class, and to the future of the team. To go from needing bodies , to adding 2 athletic bigs I'm stoked

If all that Coach Chin and his high school coach said about him is true, I think he is going to learn things super fast and be a non stop motor, He might take a few lumps but by the end of this year he will have people saying Mav who . Just my thinking

Well this came out of nowhere. I wonder how long the staff was recruiting this guy behind the scenes? Usually international recruits take their time and visit many schools because they don't know much about most of the programs over here. Makes me think 1 of 2 things happened...
1) The staff is reaching on the kid. Completely fine because we need bigs and we have scholly's.
or
2) The staff somehow found him before anyone else and is super impressed. So they've been talking to this kid for a long time now and wanted to keep things sealed tight to make sure other programs wouldn't come sniffing around.
