That's right. Same class as Dave Sholz and Steve Kuberski. It's funny. I forget why I went to the kitchen, but remember this stuff just like it happened 50 to 60 years ago.

Little known fact. Class of 1964 Wes Unseld commited to us and signed some kind of nonbinding agreement, but flipped to hometown Louisville at the last minute.

Where is the recruiting news??? It took me 15 seconds to read through today's posts.

It was never in that conference. They were always in the Southwestern Conference but left it in football and became independent because they are so, so bad at football. They may still be in it for other sports, though.

Collinsville and Geneseo were never in that conference. the conference was comprised of: Rock Island, Moline, East Moline, Rock Island Alleman, Galesburg and Quincy.

A visit that he has long announced and the staff was aware of. He's a 2023 prospect. It's early. We should want him to go on a few visits, come out of it still leaning Illini, and commit in January.
