If Durkin is toying with the idea of forgoing a D1 scholly, I'll be surprised. But he'd be a great PWO add.

He decommitted about a month ago.

GBW is fun team to watch. Would be shocked if not in state finals
Thanks.

On Durkin, Anyone who thinks they may want to go through grind of the Academy and is MVP of game against Simeon is a guy you likely would want on your team.

I wonder why the "experts" have Epps rated so low. Maybe there's a lot of better guards in his class idk. He seems to have 0 holes in his game offensively. Plays solid defense. Looks to be top 50 for sure.
He’s not rated that low - he’s in everyone’s top 100. There are a lot of really great players around the country.

Antonio Reeves of ISU would be that guy. He's 6-6, strong handles, can score in multiple ways (he's over 20 ppg) and is an excellent athlete. I have no idea if he wants to transfer to Illinois, but ISU teams are consistently dreadful, their crowds are small enough to fit in the Shirk Center, and his coach just got fired. Who knows how much discontent there is in that locker room? And I think (due to COVID) he would have 2 yrs. of eligibility. If he wants to come, don't waste any time. Nail it down immediately.
Reeves, David Roddy or David Jones would be great. Any of them would be an automatic take, IMO. Pretty fuzzy on preference right now. SLU's Javonte Perkins would be a pretty good one year option, but he's behind the other guys, IMO.

Still think he is Andre Feliz who can shoot. BU type guy, tough and smart. May not be an above the rim player but the footwork is certainly athletic.

Didn’t Reeves work with TA previously? He makes a lot of sense to me as the mystery transfer. Has improved a ton, Simeon product, probably wants to prove it against better competition.
We were right in the mix for Jones during his initial recruitment.
Not sure where the smoke on Roddy is coming from. He can probably go anywhere he wants, assuming he wants to leave Colorado St. Unique player. Matchup nightmare. I’d be shocked, but delighted.
