I know little about the guy but Jerry Meyer's assessment of him on 247 describes a combo guard "with deep range" and has a comp of Bradley Beal. "Wired to score." That sounds like a guy that would be a great fit playing the "SG" role next to Belo, particularly with the type of offense Brad likes to run.
At 6'3", you are far less likely to make the NBA as a SG. Anyone under 6'5"-6'6" really wants the ball in their hands. See Adam Miller.

I love the Jamaica connection and I’m no expert but that doesn’t look like a Big Ten prospect to me.
He's just a sophomore that needs to catch up to his lanky frame. This is Kevin Durant in High School! He'll look much different in 2 years.

Is this actually a possibility? It seemed like he was standing with his framed jersey on senior night so just assumed he wasn’t even considering coming back.
He did that just in case he goes. If he does, then he got to get honored and his family was there. If he comes back, he will be honored again next year. Really no reason not to if leaving is a semi-realistic option (which it was last year and will be again.)

That being said, I’d think if NIL money is decent he will be back. He’s still not being mocked in most drafts and especially not into spots with guaranteed contracts.

Agreed but idk how a lineup with both Curbelo and Skyy would work.
I would argue that a lineup with Plummer, Frazier and Curbelo has worked pretty darned well.

That's 3 undersized guards and two very skilled ball-handlers. Two of the three will be leaving. 6'3 Skyy Clark would probably fit really well and with Curbelo/Epps could give us one of the Top 5 guard combo's in the nation. (Dee and Deron were both lead guards).

His situation at LSU just becam a whole lot more dicey with the Wade Willams NCAA violation accusations

If I were to speculate......(particularly if Kofi departs)............

I'm thinking we transition to a quick, run-first, guard-oriented offense that puts up shots in 10-15 seconds.
* The more guards we have, the better
* RJ is going to excel in that run-style offense
* And Grandison/Goode/Podziemski are going to plop themselves at the 3-pt line and drill bombs all day long
* We'll need a couple of centers/big guys who can run the court (Dainja/Payne) and spell one another when winded

I believe Skyy would be welcomed with open arms.

I was there 3 years ago for Ayo's "senior night" and he came back. I and others around me thought Kofi participated in events that night, too but couldn't remember for sure

Underwood said that both Kofi and Jake were going through senior ceremonies but that both had decisions to make after the season So yes it’s a possibility
Man I missed that so thank you!

very good news
Do we know this is about Skyy? And if so, what does it mean? He's *leaning* our way? Or he's told the staff he's coming? Is there an actual timeline on his decision? ("That and many more questions to be answered on the next episode of ... Soap!")

We know the timeline on his decision: Mid-May.
