Yep, I know this is the new normal for college hoops, but we can swing anywhere from an exciting young team in a rebuilding year to one of the favorites to win the Big Ten with a few decisions this month. It’s exciting to follow, but I can’t wait until I can just be hyped for next year, knowing who the squad is!Here's hoping we have another strong recruiting week or two! Anxious to see what the roster looks like on April 30th.
But are you willing to put your reputation on the line for this bold and brazen prognostication?Expecting Murray to announce for Georgetown, but I wouldn't be surprised if he goes to us or Tennessee either
Big limb you just stepped out on....Expecting Murray to announce for Georgetown, but I wouldn't be surprised if he goes to us or Tennessee either
What do say the Illini chances are, 33%?Expecting Murray to announce for Georgetown, but I wouldn't be surprised if he goes to us or Tennessee either
I believe this is under review by our expert review panel in the admissions thread.I thought someone mentioned converting Lieb's scholarship into an academic one so he doesn't take a bball scholarship or is this not a thing that can happen?
So you are saying it could be any of the three he indicated as his final three? Thanks for clearing that up.Expecting Murray to announce for Georgetown, but I wouldn't be surprised if he goes to us or Tennessee either
Would guess 3 man rotation with Dain, Hawk, and Hopkins for the frontcourt.Hopkins at the 4 and Coleman the 5?

Can I get the phone number of the presumed widow from that first pic? Not really sure that Doogie was able to save the guy.Loyalty trying to resuscitate the Recruiting Thread:
Must have listened to Ant last night LOLBut are you willing to put your reputation on the line for this bold and brazen prognostication?
I always viewed the RJ leaving talk as purely an IL narrative. There seemed to be no credible evidence otherwise.RJ put up a video like Coleman on Instagram. Assuming that means he's "officially" back too.
I think it's going to rain tomorrow, but it might also be sunny, or just cloudy. So you are saying it could be any of the three he indicated as his final three? Thanks for clearing that up.

Murray announcement time? Not expecting an Illinois commitment but interested in his choice.
He goes to Georgetown and today will be the last day anyone outside of Georgetown hears his name.Everyone I have talked to is saying it's going to be Georgetown and it has been that way since they hired Nickelberry.
He really liked Tennessee and Illinois but he wants to be the man.
G-Town basically sold him on being the next Aminu. 15 shots a game, and of course some lucrative NIL stuff.

Aminu Mohammed? If Murray is going to be the next Aminu, who is Aminu going to be? Is he NBA bound?Everyone I have talked to is saying it's going to be Georgetown and it has been that way since they hired Nickelberry.

I have said in another post. Georgetown is fine but old Ewing might lose his job soon. Murray might become the next ace before he becomes the next Aminu. You all need to get out of the Big 10 bubble. Georgetown is still Georgetown...they play in the Big East, play games in MSG and get plenty of national attention regardless of their record.
