I love all the guys on the team, so this tends to be my reaction when discussing new players coming in and taking minutes from current players (thinking specifically and hypothetically of CH and RJ). I worry they may get upset and leave and I generally feel for them because everyone just wants to play as much basketball as they can.Serious ? - do you think Hawk would stay then?
But, I've started telling myself, if a new player comes in and suplants a current player in the rotation, 99% of the time, it's because that's what is best for the team. And the repercussions of upsetting an individual player will have to just be accepted and dealt with down the road. Give me the most talented 6 or 7 players we can get and let the pieces land where they may.
