I myself, like most others (with a somewhat of a sensible brain,) will read the comments about Whitmore and Bates, with no substance. Not gonna happen guys, Illinois is not "that" program.... YET :)

I am OK with Coleman. He obviously has potential but was still a project at the end of last year. IMO, a proven player beats that.

probably more along the lines of doing the full recruiting pitch on how great Kyle Neptune is: best coach I've ever worked with, handpicked by me, i'll still be around the program in a consultant role, we have a plan for you, etc

The guy later admitted he didn't know much and that it was about Cam, which conflicts with our local insider.

Why all the speculation about Whitmore? Why don’t you guys wait till something concrete happens before all the speculation theories keep going page after page after page

That was my thought as well… or more$… that’s what I was wondering about regarding our big boy recruiting - how much Illinois wanted to play 🤔
