They're relevant for media coverage but I agree they are pretty useless. In this age of the transfer portal especially the presason rankings are going to be even worse. I wish they didn't exist honestly. The should wait two weeks into the season and then come out with their first rankings, so there's at least some data behind them.

They're certainly more relevant than in-season rankings. In-season AP and Coaches poll rankings are the worst.

It's April 28th. There are over 1,500 athletes in the portal. No deadlines have passed, neither transfer nor NBA. We have no idea what our roster is going to look like. Most teams don't know what their rosters are gonna look like, yet. Let's just give our extremely capable coaching staff the benefit of the doubt and see how things play out. I think we are gonna be fine.

As an attorney I can say from experience it takes a good student to get into a good law school like that, but takes a smart person to find something else, anything else, to do instead of actually becoming a lawyer. BBV is a smarter person than I.

He can get a law degree and pass the bar one day. Basketball won't always be there. Do it while u can.
