Heard from a pretty solid source Coleman is staying. Most likely going to be his last year here.

Despite what Lville said yesterday, and despite all the little signs that he's probably back, I will still be relieved when it hits midnight tonight...

Hoping he averages 10+ ppg this year so I hope he is working on getting more arc on that line-drive jump shot. That, and every time he drives to the hoop, I just want him to be less tentative and try to throw down a tomahawk dunk over somebody like what I'm picturing in my head, lol. I don't even care if he draws a charge. Think he's got it in him if he plays assertively.

Don’t see the fit of an elite defender that played 30 mpg on a 3 seed? I fail to see the issue.
No, I agree that's he's absolutely a take. But our needs right now are a backup/veteran point and bigs.

If we were to get this guy, he'd directly start but that would mean Skyy, TSJ, RJ, McCullar, and Hawkins?

Could work I guess idk, we have quite a few wings now with RJ, Goode, TSJ, Rodgers, Harris

Edit: Nevermind, didn't know he played PG for TTU, disregard all of this - I want him

Is there still interest in Ramey? I haven’t heard anything for why he’s still out there (ie no “camp” problems like Bates or even TSJ).

I am pretty happy with adding TSJ and Skyy.

I would prefer to add a HS 4 or 5 for depth and switch our focus to 2023 and 2024 class.

Lets see what our young guns can do!

I guess it depends on why he is leaving a situation in which he is a starter on a big time power 5 program with a very demanding head coach.
If he just wants to get closer to home, perhaps Illinois would appeal to him.
If it’s because they have a 5 star PG coming in or he doesn’t like being coached hard… well…maybe this isn’t the place for him…

Such a fluid situation. One previous post stated coach meeting with CoHawk Monday, which as one other poster stated is one day after the last date to enter the portal. Is that really true? I would think collegiate players who did not declare for the NBA draft would have the same timeline as those who did without an agent. McCuller is apparently in the same situation as Nance because he also declared for NBA draft without an agent. Really need some clarification on this.
Joke...

Underwood recently mentioned the possible need to permanently keep one or two scholarships open for mid-year transfers, nd because of the way the portal is impacting college basketball.
