I'm cool if it doesn't. They're both great kids & it doesn't hurt us to get a rep of turning 30-50 ranked players into draft picks. That will change

DGL made a great call by leaving Monteverde.
Nope. And why didn't they just go with Knox Fox? I mean, they already have one one on the logo and they missed a huge opportunity.I straight up hate the idea of the kingfisher, but if they can make it look as cool as the Prairie Fire logo Knox came up with, I'll ride with it.

For me, I think he has a lot of athleticism and natural skill, but almost every game I see of OTE shows very little effort going on on the defensive side of the floor. It seems like a great league for getting stats, creating a brand, and having a heck of a highlight video, but I do have concerns on whether it prepares kids for the college game. For this reason I think anyone coming out of OTE to play college ball is going to have a very steep learning curve and likely struggle early.I saw Dravyn just put up 33/7/4 a couple of days ago.
Did all of the complaints about the competition level just stem from that one video of him dunking at the end of a decided game, or is this league really of low-quality, basketball-wise? I have a hard time believing people would have him in this environment if that is the case. Would love to learn more about OTE. Apparently a lot of top players play or have played in this league, including LeBron James' son, projected 2023 top 10 picks Ausar & Amen Thompson, projected 2024 top 10 pick Robert Dillingham, and Naasir Cunningham who is the current #1 HS recruit for 2024.
Seems like a lot of top players with potential NBA playing careers are putting their trust in this league/organization.

So overall I'm glad DGL is one of the highest performers in the league, that does mean something in regards to athleticism and skills, I'm just not very high on the competitiveness of the league itself in terms of defensive talent.
I've seen a few full games, but primarily highlights. It's fun to see so long as you turn off your brain regarding comparing it to college play. How many OTE games have you watched? Or just highlights? Honestly just curious.

I love the Kingfisher. It should be our mascot.I straight up hate the idea of the kingfisher, but if they can make it look as cool as the Prairie Fire logo Knox came up with, I'll ride with it.

I'll take two of those..Getting a knockdown three point shooter will be at the first of their list
Gotta say, now that's how you do a recruiting photo. That's a wingspan that looks like it can fly you to a B10 Championship.

After watching a few videos, my god is this kid long.Gotta say, now that's how you do a recruiting photo. That's a wingspan that looks like it can fly you to a B10 Championship.
Holy Rams is pretty cool, especially compared to young dreamerz (or anything ending in a z)I don't know about some of the Overtime Elite team names though: Holy Rams, Young Dreamerz? Weren't the Kingfishers or Prairie Fire available?
Insiders what are odds landing this big guy?

So the kid may have decommitted from Minnesota only to go to a somehow even worse team? I guess the weather’s nicer, at least…Evans has two predictions to Louisville, not sure if we push hard.
