I don't disagree with your post at all, just adding something on this -- he's probably got a lot of people close to him, and they may not all want the same thing. He's a young adult and a lot of people have an interest in where he winds up, so it's not like there's just one voice he's listening to, even his own.

I find it kind of gross that there are a lot of folks armed with nothing but the rumors they have read on this board -- this board -- who are ready to dismiss his character because he's taking his time making up his mind. If that's where this has taken you, I really don't want to read your Nextdoor posts.

May 31 is the last day to withdraw from the NBA draft and remain college eligibility. I know it's been posted, but I've forgotten, so sharing in case anyone else didn't know.

The Cubs had home field advantage that year, but had to give it up because Wrigley Field didn’t have lights yet. Four years later, Wrigley finally caught up to the 1950s.

So it was a delayed sweep? Let the Cubs win two, then sweep them out of the playoffs.

FWIW, they didn't always used to send the incorrect shirts to clothe African children. My mom picked up a 1984 Cubs world series shirt at venture. I still had it as of about 10 years ago, but not sure where it ended up.
