assumed Sanderson was on 1 year gig (like Leonhard), but your scenario is flippin' delightful. having a training/S&C juggernaut can only help, and could be a difference maker in some recruitments. our training/S&C is already great, but we're taking a backseat to no one now

I'm sure his name has been mentioned here before, but insider's, is there any chance at Wolf from Yale? He is from Illinois, but he also seems like someone all the blue bloods would go after. I am hoping maybe Illinois strong academics would help us on this one.
