How crazy would it be if someone told us Domask would average 19 a game in conf play on near 50/40/90 shooting back at the first of December when he was not even a double digit scorer per game and the 3 point percentage was hovering around the Mendoza line?
Agreed. He clearly had an adjustment period or just a bad month and a half but man did that turn around

I wonder if Sincere Parker at SLU will enter the portal. He's from Rockford, can score, and his coach is probably about to get fired. Had three straight 30 point games earlier this season. Defense has improved but still needs work.

Domask is a stud and one of the best transfers this year. Harmon is a role player. People here act like every transfer act like every transfer will be like TSJ. I wish we had a veteran point guard but besides that the roster construction is very good.
This is why I like using the ignore button. When people bash players and are clueless as to what they are talking about then I am not listening to them again.

Jahmir Young would look a lot better in Orange. Fill the gap until Fears arrives.

Okani appears to be a 6'8" PF. Not sure who you're referring to.

I'd guess Indy is referring to CJ Jones. 6'5" guy shooting about 39% from 3, dishing out 5 apg.

Me, I'll pass on the low major players thank you. As well as Domask is playing, his 3pt shooting is actually pretty bad. It's hard to step up in competition and return the same results. Domask has really relied on his size and strength and a very high powered offense. Harmon has been up and down. Overall his stats are better than I expected, but that's because some games he just kills it, then he has those games that make us question why we brought him in.

There are definitely Dalton Knecht's out there. But for the most part, it is less likely that a guy will step up and level or 2 and not miss a beat.

That said I'm very interested in one of Knecht's old teammates, Saint Thomas. Averaging 20 ppg and something tells me, he has powers on his side.

Jalen Blackmon is shooting about 40% from 3 on 258 attempts, decent size at 6'3" and being from Stetson, I bet he smells terrific.

There's still a chance to finally get David Jones, bring back Antigua, bring back a Caribbean player? and why not go to 4 universities?
Losing alot of scoring and length this year will make the portal crazy important. We need finished products to stay close? To the same level we enjoyed this year.

Should have given more detail to my answer ...

For the kind of money Storr is looking for ... I am going to pass ...

Still think the kid is a good player ... But he's not elite ... And he's asking for elite level money ...
Curious how this information gets around. Could you maybe compile a list of what kids are seeking?

Lol there are so many great mid-major additions that would be phenomenal at the power conference level.

Domask has also been quietly shooting 39.6% from 3 since Jan 1st(17 games), he just had a real cold start but he's been creeping up to his career numbers). He's even been shooting 44.4% from 3 in Feb. Heating up and knocking down his open looks.

Then let's talk about the numerous other mid major guys having an impact. Outside of Knect who you already mentioned, Lance Jones for Purdue, Cam Spencer is the leading scorer(tied) for UCONN, Johni Broome is Auburns best player(Morehead st) and their guards were both mid major guys, Alabama is led Mark Sears(Ohio), AJ Estrada(Hofstra), and Grant Nelson(NDSU), Creighton has Ashworth(Utah St) and Scheierman(SDSU), Marquette has Kolek(George Mason), Baylor has Dennis(Toledo) and Nunn(VCU), Reeves(ISU) at Kentucky, and I could go on.

All the best teams are littered with impact mid major transfers.

Sidenote: if the transfer rumors about Antonio Reeves being interested in coming here then he would have been an incredible add. Imagine stopping this already great offense with him included. Reeves, Shannon, Domask, and Coleman could be on the floor at the same time could rotate any of Harmon, Guerrier, or Rodgers in plus Dain/Goode as need dictates. A small ish ball lineup of Reeves, Harmon, Shannon, Domask, and Hawkins would be truly unstoppable.

Yup ... We will need someone off the bench in the Harmon role next year ... CJ could be the guy ...

I’m curious and if you can’t answer then feel free to ignore this, but what is the range for elite level money? I’ve seen outrageous figures in the millions and other stuff that implies top level stuff is a few hundred grand.

There is a handful of kids getting at a million or close ...

TJ is making pretty high 6 figures ... That is what I would call elite money ...

Not sure on stats but star mid-major transfers have seemed better than major role players. Either definitely out play most recruits including five stars. Competition and experience are tough to beat. One and done schools will adapt but some are slower than others.
