Yep. Tomi played his cards very well here, and I think it'll benefit both sides.Tomi knows how to close. He's no dumdum.

Not surprised with his pro background. Can’t blame any of em for doing it either.Yep. Tomi played his cards very well here, and I think it'll benefit both sides.
It depends on whether this drags out. Sarr is playing in the top Euro league and killing it. To put it in perspective, KJ was much more of a role player when he played in those games. As players begin to sign and the number of quality players goes down, do the math. Our chances of Sarr going up, down or the same?
Regardless, I think we’ll make a better run next year.
It’s not about money for Harris. Ain’t nobody opening a wallet for a 39/11/75 shooterThe optics aren't necessarily bad either. I think the optics are that the average fan doesn't know sh@t about what's going on behind the scenes or in their (the players') heads. I haven't heard either of them say anything derogatory about Illinois. I'm sure they are unhappy about being recruited over, but that isn't a unique quality of the Illinois program. I do disgree with Buck and Dain's comment about it not being about money...it's the only things it's about. Whether that $ is immediate via NIL or future via playing time and exposure...it's about $. Period. Egos are just along for the ride.
Actually,he is Sincere Harris just betterJeremiah Williams in the portal (very average player at RU, a bit dislikeable)
Asphicter say what?To je bilo vrlo kreativno! Odličan posao!
22 wins and a 6 seed would be a pretty good season for most schools. 22 wins and a 6 seed at Illinois is probably very close to our median season over the last 40 years.
So you're telling us that Sarr ISN'T the big time 2/3?Money won't be an issue this offseason, the budget will be there. Z would be a great start. Biggest thing is to land a big time 2/3 in the portal and get pieces around them. Hopefully land Sarr as well.
Off the bench I hope!I’m really starting to see the fit for Ty Rodgers on next years team … And I don’t hate it …
2024:mitigating circumstances for all of those.
Probably not Dix either...hearing he's more of a banger...So you're telling us that Sarr ISN'T the big time 2/3?

14 FEET OF PAIGNJust calling it right now that we will hear "twin towers" approximately 100 times per game broadcast all season if this comes through (but sign me up please!)
Man, I wanted…..Pretty big mood shift here within just a few moments![]()
Ty is 6'6. Can guard 4s, but isn't a 4.Is this a Ty spot or are we looking for more shooting/length?
I just hope our group realizes that if these players were their kids. They may handle things a little differently, but it will come down to the money first. There are other factors at play. Sure there are but if the difference is 1/4 a million bucks? What would you do?step out to run a few errands and there's 8 new pages to read. and probably nothing concrete has happened. yeah, we care. a lot
Coach said in an interview that Tomi has some gangster in him. He said he was the toughest illini player. He also said that he knows Tomi was cussing at him in Croatian during practice but can’t prove it but Brad said “I know he’s was cussing me out in the Croatian language.”Yep. Tomi played his cards very well here, and I think it'll benefit both sides.
Same time next year, Mr. Hopkins?
And doesn't Z block and move better? They may be twins but they aren't the same. Are theyWe would have two bigs in T and Z that can drill a three right in your face.
How about Goode at the two?Kylan
