Indy, what do you know/think about Soph Kennard Davis Jr of the SIU-C Salukis? I'm hearing that Purdue, Iowa State, and other schools are pursuing him. I'd say he's definitely not chopped liver. Is Illinois interested in him in the transfer market?

Should be good starting 5 and contenders in the conference. Great work by staff keeping our guys. Look forward to a tourney appearance and hopefully another Elite 8.

Someone asked about Elyjah Freeman and I can’t find the post … Word on that one is Indiana, Kentucky and Tennessee …

Someone also said would Aidan Mahaney be an option … I’ve heard he’s heading back to the West Coast …

And for those that were wondering where Tre White might end up … I’m hearing Kansas is the clear favorite at this point …
Tre for AJ trade,?

Sellers is going to Providence …

There’s a lot to that one … Probably best for both parties …

Providence also really overpaid IMO … But they’ve got crazy NIL this year …

Can't stand Kevin Willard but he isn't wrong about the Big East having far more basketball resources/NIL without those pesky football programs.

I may have missed it, have we shown any interest in Stanković from Serbia? He’s 20yo, 6’-8” guard putting up solid numbers in Euro.
I posted about him earlier - we really shouldn’t want him IMO- he’s not doing much for his team in the ABA, he did have a good U19 tourny last summer but what he does doesn’t really translate to the college game- 6’8 who’s not overly quick or tough rebounder that is more athletic than most he’s up against now but that won’t be the case in college. The key for me is to look at what they do well in Europe to see if that will play well in college and for him that’s a No

in contrast, here is my take on Kasparas from last summer, I was high on him because of the high IQ pick and roll game, ability to get his own shot, but the turnovers and struggles against quicker guards were going to be an issue - I think that is exactly what we got and he was well with it- if anything we should have protected him a bit more and let Kylan be the primary ball handler more this year and let KJ initiate the offense from there
