I like the add! Plays his !!! off, quick feet, good vision and…….LEFT HANDED!!!!
Looking at highlights, I like how he plays. Great motor, passes it well, and doesn't shy away from contact. He'll add a lot of energy to our practices.
That's Blake Fagbemi.
Who is this guy?
is "walk on type" a scholarship player without NIL these days?Walk On Type.
But the roster is limited to 15, right?Just because you can now offer 15 scholarships, it does not mean every player is on scholarship.
There's some legal debate still going, but teams are operating under the assumption of the 15-cap, yes.But the roster is limited to 15, right?
That's a very good question. With NIL are scholarships even a necessary requirement anymore?
He looks strong and solidly built. Great handles, great passer and creative when attacking the rim. With point guards Petrovic and Boswell, I don't see much playing time for him. Not to mention our two other incoming freshmen, who are a lot taller and longer. I can't see why he picked the Illini, with plenty of other schools that are looking for a PG to play significant minutes.
Distinction without a difference given roster limitsJust because you can now offer 15 scholarships, it does not mean every player is on scholarship.
Can never have too many winners.
