Plus when Keaton moved to on-ball the team seemed to become more relaxed and confident on offense. Kinda like the stories I've read of what happened when Ringo joined the Beatles LOL

1973 being one. So I've heard anywayI can recall some guys, who will remain nameless, releasing a pig on campus over multiple years.
Way better run-jump athletic, likely better defender, 2-3 inchees shorter.
Highly unlikely he has the court vision/feel for the game that Keaton had. Very few players, Illini or otherwise, have that level of "basketball IQ."
These are amazing times for the program. Cherish them!Watching these guys be this tight knit is awesome
This probably belongs in the uniform thread: I can't emphasize sufficiently how great it is to see the Illini in those orange script unis featured repeatedly in the naitonal media.
Fixed itBeautiful.
If and when that cow becomes our mascot, I hereby christen him "De-meat-ri".

I'm with you on this, however, there is also a thought that says he performs extremely well in front of someone that believes they can fix the 3 point shot with no problem and he goes higher than originally expected. Which I would love him back, but also couldn't blame the kid what so ever.Andrej, Kylan, and Keaton all invited to the combine.
Again, Andrej is extremely likely to come back, would not stress at all.
It don’t mean squatColeman being the the first 4 star just outside of the 5 stars on new ESPN rankings is the most Illinois thing ever.
Any talk of a Nasir Anderson reclass? With the 27 draft looking weak and his athleticism and skill being off the charts…I don’t see why he wouldn’t make a couple mill next year and forego his senior season. Could very well be a lotto pick even with the early entry. My best guess for next years rotation (will change majorly after intel from summer workouts):
Vaaks (30+ min)
Coleman (28-30 min)
Drej (30+ min)
Mirk (30+ min)
Tomi (26-28 min)
Z
Morillo
Jake
Late euro add/Brown
Very good shooter, fluid mover, and is a good athlete.@LvilleILL1, what is it about Ethan’s game that you like that may lead to him garnering minutes?
Thanks in advance. Have a good one.
The physicality aspect is a challenge for most freshmen. That’s why Fletch is such a HUGE asset for this program. He does a great job of getting guys on individualized programs that suit that player and give them a better chance for success earlier on.Very good shooter, fluid mover, and is a good athlete.
It will depend on how he deals with physicality.
