Was TCU-Georgia Natty not worse? At least according to ChatGPT, this is the worst loss in history by a top 10 team if the score holds.

Eh, semantics, but what I felt like I saw was a bunch of predictions of us coming out and “playing our game” and being no match for Indiana. That very well might have happened, but I bet even the pessimists didn’t think they’d see a Duke-at-MSG-esque travesty. Some of you owe the ‘pessimists’ an apology
I think FBS needs to redefine that call. The object is to discourage players from making dangerous, potentially head-injurious hits, is it not?Don’t forget the miles scott suspension.
Time heals all wounds my friend. I’m staring into my crystal ball and I see…yes, I see it now…Two years down the line I see an IU poster in a Hoosier forum sharing the Wolverine meme with a framed picture of Cignetti after he’s departed BloomingtonI think it boils down to- Indiana is great. We’re just pretty good, and injured.
Indiana fans will never let us live this down. That might be the worst part
One thing is he might be the best coach in college football and is certainly in the top fewExactly. I do wish someone could provide insight into what Cigs did as a Coach to get this program to this level. I know he brought a ton of players from James Madison, but were they that good? His team seemed way faster than our guys. Is he recruiting at a higher level than we are?
I said this earlier that they’re going to blitz early and often from the beginning of the game until we make them pay.
Ciggy hits the nail here. Obvious issues from an important game two weeks ago and the opposing coach saying, “we just did what they did” and the lack of response is…..a lot of signal.
Transfers we brought in are no freaking count …
Thanks. So next set of questions. How is he doing it? Does he have a higher NIL budget? Is he better at evaluating talent? Indiana is not Ohio State. Why are they out recruiting us?The answer to all of these is yes.
Probably be at Alabama next yearOne thing is he might be the best coach in college football and is certainly in the top few
AKA, the veteran O-Line is a wreck- anyone could've identified that in the tape. And yet our coaches have done nothing to fix itI said this earlier that they’re going to blitz early and often from the beginning of the game until we make them pay.
This should be very bothersome to the coaching staff.
What I don’t understand is why OL has been a weak spot every season and we haven’t seen a change in assistant coaching.

Yup, had 2 weeks to figure out how to fix what happened and they didn't...the staff had no answers. We are cooked against good coaches this year.

Agreed. And perhaps it’s somewhat of coaching problem but it always starts in the trenches, if you don’t have those guys, you can’t be consistently successful. So obvious but often taken for granted. Likewise, they have better players than we do. This incredibly insightful precept will also be relevant at Soldier Field tomorrow. I fortunately got in when Dallas was +1.5.

I am worried though, I am also a Texas Rangers fan, a fanbase with a surprising amount of twitter pessimists. They were panicked about the Rangers offense since late April and the arrogant and idiotic Rangers beat writers had snarky comments about the kneejerkers. Problem is, the haters were completely right and the Rangers sucked at hitting lol. I really do not want to be a fan of another such situation, especially from a team that has proven to routinely to top its most pessimistic fans worst fears.Eh, semantics, but what I felt like I saw was a bunch of predictions of us coming out and “playing our game” and being no match for Indiana. Guess they were right about us losing easily, though, so I hope they’re enjoying their victory lap…?
But what I don’t understand is that there are many ways to shore up the edges with extra blockers such as TE/Fullbacks or even extra lineman especially when you know that your linemen are not up to the job. What I don’t understand is why OL has been a weak spot every season and we haven’t seen a change in assistant coaching.
