Oh look! Two bigs in two weeks!

What on scorched earth shall we complain about now?

Really good new, going to be fun watching Him and Spicy G grow and have a true big man teaching them to be Big Men

Great feeling about these players we are adding.

Looks very athletic from his tape . We did pretty well with our last European player ( albeit Damir came via Rockford)

Damn...that was fast.

I watched his highlights and thought he was a lefty until he took a jumper at the end, he really finishes well with his left hand.

I like this guy! I don't think we're going to the big/slow slugs of the Big 10 any longer -- we're targeting "athletes" now.

I think he is a lefty or that's what I thought they are saying

We have 4 bigs, still think we go after an experienced big from somewhere. Kipper will play some 4 but I would like to see him ad our small forward or wing player.

Nice late find by BU and OA! Welcome Matic! Can we call him "Auto-Matic"?

Well done Orlando. Keep turning over the stones, no matter where they may be.

Don't see Toni Kukoc but do see some Kiki Vandewegh from his early days at UCLA.

That move during fast break where he dribbles once at the 3 point line then takes a couple strides and flushes it down both hands. My goodness

How can we possibly feel good about this not knowing how many Rivals, Scout or ESPN stars he has, and not knowing what P5 schools were recruiting him? I feel adrift, without validation.

Playing for his national team and pro team did it for me. I don't know how he qualifies though if he played for a pro team. Anybody have any insight on that?

Very odd in recent Illini basketball history to have such a pleasant surprise at a time like this. I guess it really is the start of a new era :)
