If the Guardians go back to being Indians (must have Chief Wahoo as logo), then I will root for them again. Maybe.

What would I eat and drink after the 3rd inning?
Or Blue Jays.Glad the Dodgers embarrassed them, but now it's time to be a Mariners fan
I can't not cheer for a man nicknamed The Big Dumper. I'm physically incapableOr Blue Jays.

The difference is celebrating a win as opposed to celebrating that somebody lost.I get a kick out of the uproar about Milw and the L flag. Not sure why it is all that different than using the W flag to show you beat someone. You want to do that, you open yourself to the Brewers’ response. Don’t like it, then win. Did one expect Milw to celebrate like this?
You do realize by definition if someone won that someone lost right? They were trolling the Cubs. Big deal. And I don’t think hanging a mascot in effigy is the same thing. The equivalent would be if Brewers had handed out a bunch of rally towels that game and Cubs won, the players celebrating while waving those. Or an opponent having a rally hat or home run heavy chain (or whatever teams use now) and using a facsimile in your celebration of winning a playoff series. Wouldn’t have a problem with any of those. Some good, old fashioned trolling. Don’t like it? Beat them next time. Sorry, but I find getting worked up over things like that pretty darn silly. The difference is celebrating a win as opposed to celebrating that somebody lost.
It's Ok if the Cubs won and they took a team picture hanging Bernie the Brewer in effigy?
I just think trolling should be left to the fans. Show some respect to your opponent after you beat them. You do realize by definition if someone won that someone lost right? I might agree with you if the W flag was only used on the flagpole and by fans in the stands, but I seem to remember the Cubs’ mascot running around the field waving the W after games. Organization brings it on the field to celebrate and it’s fair game as far as I’m concerned. It is a rivalry after all. I’m just glad Cubs are good enough to have a rivalry that matters.I just think trolling should be left to the fans. Show some respect to your opponent after you beat them.
We'll agree to disagree.
I guess the next time Clark digs into the box, the Brewers should knock him back with a high and inside heater.I might agree with you if the W flag was only used on the flagpole and by fans in the stands, but I seem to remember the Cubs’ mascot running around the field waving the W after games. Obviously when one team (or player in individual sports) wins, the other side must lose; however, that doesn't mean celebrating one's own win is the same as celebrating the other side's loss. You do realize by definition if someone won that someone lost right?
