Back In Robinson!
Wow, I thought we would be playing Nebraska if wi made it to second round. Would feel better about the possibility of 2 wins, but dont think we match well against Fischigan. Oh well, have to win the first one first anyway. Another Win will be nice heading into next season.

Sucks we have to play Michigan if we win our first game. Michigan, MSU, and Purdue are all teams I didn't want to play in the 2nd game, anyone else would've been beatable. We just aren't good enough yet to beat a team like Michigan.

If we somehow miraculously beat Michigan, I love our chance of beating Nebraska!

Lets do this. They are a hard matchup with us IMO. If we have improved like we would like to believe, we will win this game. Oh and their coach's name is Fran...

ILL

Was hoping we'd get Rutgers. Garza is a tough matchup, & Bohanon can light it up. Hopefully his shot will be off.

I think, no, I know, we will do very well. UM is good, but our team is peaking. Will not be easy, but UM is beatable.

I hate that matchup against UofM. Don’t see us getting past them.

I kinda like it because it's going to be a serious challenge. Need to push this team and gives them a chance to snag a big victory going into the offseason.

I agree that Nebby goes down and PSU beats OSU. We will beat IA, Michigan is beatable and Neb is beatable. Then you know what they say about how hard it is to beat the same team 3 times. It's all not likely, but I believe we'll give Michigan a run for their money this time around, and if it works out, we'll be out for serious revenge against Neb.

I think two out of the top four seeds will lose in their first game. A good team with one win under their belt is dangerous. I'd say Nebraska goes down and then PSU over OSU

That will likely depend on how Watkins is doing & OSU should be amped up to get another chance at PSU.

As far as IL. Bohannon of Iowa went nuts tonight in the first half from 3 pt range. They will be a tough match up if they shoot like that at MSG. Have to admit, Bohannon did a pretty classy thing this eve with the consecutive made free throw record.

I hate Iowa with a passion but I know the Bohannon family well. All of the boys are very polite and respectful. Really good kids. Can't help but pull for Jordan(like Jason at wisconsin). That being said, I hope we crush them by 20+ on Wednesday.

Lucas was suspended for the first matchup, right? Having him to help D up Bohannon will help a lot this time around I would imagine.

We did play Michigan fairly tough in Ann Arbor this year. Then again, that was early in conference play and Michigan seems red hot right now (as they always seem to be this time of year). Man would I love to beat them though. But first we have to get past Iowa, which is far from a gimme.

Yep, he keeps getting better too at a higher intensity level. Looks like he has been working with Fletch a lot from the cover image on tonights highlights video.

How many games will the Illini win this week at the Garden? I say 2.

I'm guardedly optimistic that we won't go undefeated in March (and Iowa will.)

If Iowa shoots 40 FT's and we foul 31 times like happened in C/U in January we have no chance of winning.
