Agree, but as I taught my former student editors when critiquing their staffs, a major difference exists between constructive criticism and destructive criticism. One builds up; the other destroys.
With my 100 plus agents I managed , I never used constructive criticism...
I always used positive feedback
Even when tearing them apart for laziness or lying to clients I always portrayed it in a positive vein.
Worked sometimes, but they left the meeting not feeling criticized or shamed.

3 things I want to see in this game:

1) A dub
2) Good Curbelo
3) Kofi bounce back
LOL....good take. I think most of us cringe at the thought of Mr. Hyde Curbelo. Purdue was indeed the perfect example of what we want to see from him. His first few games we hope used up all of the left end of his curve.

As per Kofi, he gets better every week and until he sees Purdue again, there should be no really bad games. But at that time, we will see how he decides to fight back against the toughest center (x2) in the country. It will be very interesting to see how Izzo tries to tackle (maybe literally) the Kofi problem.

That is a seriously old-school, straight-outta-the-1890's stache.

So Kofi's snapchat story has him still in Champaign, but the team landed in College Park. Anything we should be worried about?

I think Curbelo is just a year older with a year of experience in college ball than he had last year. Decision-making simply improved with experience. I don't think it had anything to do with being on the bench. The game doesn't slow down for you without being in the game.
Last year as an elite 6th man, Andre talked about liking to scout before checking in...IDing what opposing teams were doing and finding opportunities...there are advantages in coming off bench.

I honestly think Andre, God love him, didn’t know if this offense could find a bucket in crunch time with Kofi out (i.e., the Marquette game), and he tried to step up. Wasn’t the right call, but I can’t blame him for it in hindsight. He’s seen this team excel from the bench, and I think he’s confident that our guys are an offensive firepower that he can work his magic around.

Andre vs. Purdue was as good as he’s ever been.
Ya know, I hate to be a wet blanket, but as I recall some of the off-balance 10 foot fade aways he took last game looked awfully similar to some of the off-balance 10 foot fade aways he took a couple months ago. Just these mostly went in. But ultimately, part of the reason he looked so good was--as Painter said-- because they were making a lot of mistakes guarding him. I expect most teams won't try to guard him the same way in future games, so I don't him to have similar games in the future.
I do expect him to be more tightly covered, with less freedom to dribble wherever he wants. And I expect he'll show more of another side of his expertise: great passing, with a ton more assists.

This is flattering....and I do have a mean turnaround, fade away jumper.....not unlike Dirk.....but not like Dirk.....however I've lost a step or two. I would be a liability on defense.
Oh, oh wait.... you mean a "w" victory. I knew that.

You know why they didn't go in a few months ago, right? He was playing injured. Wild how a 50% shooter last year reverts back to his old form when he's healthy again.

Lots of conjecture out there, but I think Kofi is fine and in CP.
Update, maybe he is not in CP.

There are a few you can very rarely stop from dribbling. AC is one, Frank Williams was one, Earl the Pearl, and many others, but still rare. The longer you penetrate and keep your dribble, we see what happens. John Bagley for Boston College got Tom Davis his job ay UFI by doing that.
