Good lord, I just looked at the history... I knew it had been a minute but the last time we got a W in College Park, Sam Maniscalco dropped 24 
It comes down to defense and rebounding. In our losses we did not play good defense or dominate the boards.
Take care of these 2 things and we can overcome mediocre shooting.
Great trends - TSJ great two way play, Quincy coming back, Marcus hitting some 3's, Coleman hitting his 3's. Chemistry we had vs FAU and Missouri is coming back.

I am watching their game tonight to see two things. How many fans do they have or do they consider the season over. Also do they have to play a tough game. We played last night but the starters didn’t play a full game which will give them rest

It's a tragedy. That was one of the great college basketball programs and taking them out of the conference where they belonged and had ancient passionate blood feuds with their opponents has destroyed their raison d'être
Duke @ Maryland used to be the must-see TV event of the year just to see how hilariously badly behaved their student section would be.
Those small, quick guards are always a problem for us. We can counter with size, but guard quickness off the dribble is tough to deal with
One thing I will be keeping an eye on. DGL came into the game before Luke last night. On the current roster, he’s most likely to stay in front of quicker guards/avoid screens and he does seem to be bought in and have a little bite defensively. We are so good offensively but right now we are struggling to keep players out of the paint. I wonder if DGL gets a few possessions to see if he can stay in front of Young.
I want DGL on the court over Harmon frankly but DGL needs to get the chucker mentality out of him. Especially in close games his job is defense and hit an open three IF it comes to you in the flow of the offense.

OTOH, we had two starters severely knock knees in our game with one drawing blood.
Hopefully they have recovered.

agree he chucks too much but he does seem to tone it down when he’s out there with the starters vs garbage time. But yes, I would be comfortable with him in the corner and the understanding that any hero ball earns him an automatic benching.

Maryland guard Jahmir Young slipped through for floaters or layups in the lane with ease to finish with 28 points. Julian Reese also had key buckets inside, while the Terrapins finished with 52 of their 76 points in the paint in a nine-point win over the Illini.
It will be another struggle if we do not do a better job of controlling the paint.

Man Harmon gets so much unnecessary hate.
Such a good unselfish player that can knock down open shots and doesn't need the ball in his hands.

Somewhat OT but on the topic of how good Maryland's attendance will be ... but has the TSJ thing sort of died down or is it just me?? Obviously the first game at NU was pretty brutal. The second game had some boos and a "No Means No" chant, but the atmosphere at OSU was so frickin' pathetic that it wasn't bad. I watched the first half of the MSU game at a bar with the sound off, but by the time we got home for the second half, I distinctly remember TSJ shooting a free throw and the crowd simply yelling to distract him (i.e., no specific chants).
I was originally thinking Maryland would be the scariest of the road games, but man ... their attendance is kind of "meh," and as you said interest might be declining. They're barely averaging over 12,000 in a 17,000+ seat arena, but I guess it is on a weekend. It would have been nice to get them on a Tuesday night with bad weather, lol.

I'm not sure what DGL has shown in his time on the court that would make anyone believe he should be inserted over Harmon?
