SlingTV has a 3-day free trial. Sign up for the Orange Plan, add the Sports Package (SEC Network included in that). Stream on your phone or computer, or if you have the ESPN app you can input your Sling account details into the app and watch from there.
Cancel after the game, and you have a free viewing.

Close, but I think you need to make sure you get SECN as part of your package. There's packages that include ESPN/ESPN2, then packages that include ESPN/ESPN2/ESPNU/SECN/etc. You'll always get those alternate channels if you get the core one.

Only cable providers give you the option to get simply ESPN/ESPN2 as part of your lineup, and you'd be SOL for tomorrow night.

One thing lost in all of this is if we DID win the coin flip, there's a chance this game gets BTN+'d and screws us all. Be somewhat happy ESPN owns SECN so we can even facilitate streaming it.
It's my understanding that through the ESPN app you will have access to the SECN regardless if your plan has SECN as a normal channel.

I signed into the ESPN app with my xfinity credential and was told I don't have access to the SEC channel. I took advantage of the trial offer for YouTube TV and then signed into the ESPN app with my YouTube TV credential and it looks as though I will be able to watch the game. Hope this helps

Nope. I only get ESPN and ESPN2 and I can’t watch SECN with the ESPN app. It tells me it’s not part of my television subscription.

My bad all, I was mistaken. It's crazy how hard these networks and cable providers work to get more people to cut the cord.

In summary, if you can watch SECN, then you can access SECN Alternate through the ESPN app.

And if you don't get SECN, you're probably out of luck.

EDIT: This page is really old, but it might help navigate some of the confusion.

Concerning SEC Network Alternate channel -- looks like you may not need the ESPN app but can access it via this link on a computer:

You will need to enter Hulu, YouTube TV, Sling or cable credentials to view the game. You can test it right now by watching whatever is being shown on SEC network.

Underwood: Playing another one on the road helps toughen us & helps season us & hopefully gets us ready for the Big Ten & beyond.

Underwood: Heading into a different year with Braggin' Rights playing at their place. Very old, mature Missouri team that is impressive on paper.

Underwood on Kofi/Tilmon matchup: That's a lot of beef hitting each other in the paint.

Underwood says no update on Austin Hutcherson & his back. No timetable for his return.

Underwood on whether game should be in Champaign next year: No. One-off year. They won the coin toss so we're going there.

Underwood: We need Jacob (Grandison). He's been practicing extremely well.

Lunardi the only expert who picked against us in their weekend predictions. The man hates us.

So your saying that this work using regular Hulu as your provider or you need Hulu+ and roku? I have hulu and roku but my provider is comcast and it is saying that I can't access SECN+ but maybe that is because my cable package is amped up enough.
I have a roku with hulu on it. Do you have all the ESPN channels plus sec network on hulu? That is probably why I am able to get it.

Thanks, that link worked on my PC with my Hulu login. Watching men's diving on the alt network, so I should be good for the Braggin right's game.

If you have ROKU, you can access the ESPN App and there is on subscription fee. SEC + is free with no additional fee. I turned on ROKU clicked the ESPN icon and there it is. ESPN2, SEC, SEC+ etc.

I understand that football is still on ... and apparently I DON'T understand TV contracts ... but how on Earth could a kickback deal not be reached to get this thing on BTN?

Look at the bright side - we did get to watch the coin toss. So there's that.
