Kinda surprised, I know they haven't ben very inspiring, but we've been awful...
We've been awful compared to our expectations but we were much worse last year at the start of the season. Our record isn't actually terrible right now based on the teams we've played.

I see this game going a lot like the Notre Dame game last year. Fist half we keep Smith Jr in check, and keep the score relatively close. We might even by winning, but the second half unfolds, and we can't hit a lick and Smith drives to the lane at will. 83-71 NC St.

But wait a minute that gives us two ball handlers and two guys that can rebound and three guys that can hit the 3. That has to violate one of our metrics. For the limited times we have had DJ and Hill together we have actually looked pretty good.

Bring TJL and DJ off the bench first, I feel like those two could complement each other real well. TJL is the only point guard on the team who could see DJ slashing the baseline and deliver a pass that DJ could do something with. I envision some lobs from Lucas to dj in our near future. IF jg gets them on the floor together.
Definitely. As is VCU, BYU, and Mizzou. The Big Ten looks pretty weak this year so we need to start building quality wins now. I was happy to see temple beat FSU because I saw it as a great opportunity to get a quality win after the loss to WVU
There is no elite team in the B1G this year, but there are plenty of quality wins left on our schedule.
This isn't a must win, but it's close. And even if we end up with 5 non conference losses, I won't count this team out. With our offensive weapons, if we can somehow find out how to play average defense then we can get on a roll.
