Especially considering we'd be beating a top 5 team. It's unlikely the teams ahead of us will get as big a win.

Yes Frazier is. If he's not the conference player of the week there's no justice. As for Kofi he's far stronger than any post player Purdue has and also far more skilled. I think we'll see him shooting a lot of FTs. Here's hoping he knocks down a decent percentage of them.

Top 4 conference games this week besides ours:
Wisconsin: at Northwestern, vs. Michigan State
Michigan State: at Wisconsin
Ohio State: vs. Nebraska

We also of course play at Maryland on Friday. Huge week! Beating Purdue, as another poster said previously, really does kind of "bury" them in the standings a full three games back. Wisconsin has two winnable games this week, and even if they lose to MSU, it's MSU who would jump right back into first if we lost to PU. Needless to say, and has been said repeatedly, this is just such a huge game.

Don't want to be melodramatic, but from a Tournament resume, perception/respect AND conference championship perspective, tomorrow is a season-defining game. Hope the guys come out fired up, and so does the crowd!

IMO there is so much more pressure on Purdue in this game. They lose against us tomorrow and they'll be 3 games behind us. I am confident Coach Underwood will have our boys 100% dialed in.

I’m trying to get a law passed that the sickies do in fact get well for federal (but not State [sorry, Vladimir Pulaski]) holidays. I’ll report back on my progress. Fingers crossed.
