That works for me. But I would also be pleased if Michigan flopped in their first BTT game and couldn’t even get as far as playing us. Not sure who they might play without checking the brackets but it would also be a bit of poetic justice if they lost to one of the teams he randomly listed.
edit: looks like they could play Maryland if they beat MSU (which I also hope happens). So yes please scUM lose to Maryland.

I'd settle for a competitive game with both teams at full strength and a decisive victory for us. I take nothing away from what Michigan accomplished during the BT slate. It was consistently dominant in a manner that I can't recall in a long while. No one last fall, not even its fans, thought it would finish above the middle of the conference. I recall the guys who write MGoBlog hoping in preseason for a tournament bid in March as the highest upside. Props to Howard for what he and his team achieved.
Having said that, I want no doubt to remain Sunday evening that the Illini are the true conference champions.

Dickinson was absolutely scared of King Kofi in the first matchup. Think about how Kofi will react to these comments given the way he responded to TJD dunking.... I for one look forward to it!

Penn State (7 wins) and Maryland (9 wins)? He's had a chip on his shoulder ever since Turgeon blew him off during recruiting in DC b/c (among other reasons) at the time he had two freshman 7-footers (who have since transferred.) I'd really enjoy the chance to see Kofi school him again.
