Quentin Coleman on the USA U18 National Team

That was Bruce Branch lll who's headed to BYU. Happened at the 3:37 mark of QTR 3.
Got it, I may be misremembering but I think there was also a technical foul on #15 in the fourth quarter while he was going for an offensive rebound.

Edit: confirming there was a technical by him at the 2:40 in the 4th, but not for the offense originally mentioned. Must have been for something he said, need to brush up on my Spanish.

9 points and 4 rebounds by my count in the 6 minutes he played in 1st quarter. The energy he brought was very noticeable. Believe he also had as many dunks in the 1st quarter (2) as our starting backcourt had all last season 👀

Tall task to be better than last season's backcourt but we're unquestionably IMO more athletic there

The game was a mismatch.

It still showed that Coleman is a high level shooter and passer. His athleticism showed up with his ability to finish at the rim.

His handle is not the best and he’s not strong enough yet to drive through defenders.

His defensive footwork honestly looks like he’s never had a defensive coach teach him positional defense.

His motor and ability to get open off the ball and to find the ball on rebounds it elite.

Probably will be in the NBA next season, especially if he can put on 20-30 lbs of muscle.
