Blues remain at #10 pick. They had a chance to move up to #1 based on the new draft lottery format. Draft is expected to be pretty deep so they should do fine. They still have the Leafs and Stars 1st round picks too so Armstrong has draft capital to use if he wants to move up.

Blues have some options for this year and next year in Draft to move up/down. Have 3 First Rounders this season, no Second Round Pick and two Third Rounders. Next season have First Rounder, two Second and two Third Round picks. Will depend how the Blues view both Drafts but wouldn't mind if they would even trade down this year and pick up another First Round pick next season. At least have a number of options available...

Yeah, Petro in 08 was last time they had a top 10 pick. Last #1 pick was Erik Johnson in 2006. Last time they had a pick at exactly #10 was 1986 when they drafted Jocelyn Lemieux.
