So glad they were able to salvage that second game in London. Tough home stand next, with the Astros and Yankees.

THATS A WINNER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cardinals beat the Astros 4-2 , coming back from a 2-0 deficit...............

Montgomery with another solid performance..................needs an extension , IMHO
PDJ with a HR and 2 RBI's.................
Hicks with another save............

Bring home the won or don't come back. ;)
Seriously have a great time.
Is it one of the all you can eat areas?

Is there any possibility they'd cancel the game Thursday because of the air quality?
I don't think so. There would have be to debris falling from the sky and hitting players on the field.

Doubt it

Likely would have to be extreme weather and low visibility thrown in. The 102 is just the added bonus.lol At least we aren't on the old artificial turf

Have season tickets to the Blues but have made a few more Cardinals games than usual this season. Will do my best but think I have seen a number of Wainwright starts(usually book weeks/month in advance) by chance and need some better results from him at home.

I do this once a year with this select group of guys so not sure the location for this game. I have done Suites or all inclusive stuff in different areas through personal tickets/work tickets/work functions, etc. Only thing I do know is AC available and all you can eat/drink

They postponed a White Sox/Yankees game in the Bronx a couple weeks ago due to poor air quality and the actual air temperature had nothing to do with it.

I am aware

The air quality here was worse this morning. Warm front actually helped push the dense smoke to the east quicker today. I am no meteorologist so no clue on what will play out between the smoke and air quality as it continues.

I have very fond memories of Waino ever since he arrived in the big leagues , but I think it's about time to take a realistic look at his performance this year............His ERA is close to 8.00 and he's not fooling anyone right now.....

It's 6-0 Astros still in the top of the second.............Finally Marmol came out and ended the embarrassment tonight........

1 2/3 innings after a previous rough start......Cardinals are 33-46 and still in last place.......season is . IMO , lost and just play the season out and try hard not to finish in last place and avoid 100 losses.............Waino , thanks for the memories...........

I've been a diehard fan of the Cardinals since (are you ready for this?) 1952, and I don't ever remember a more frustrating, disappointing season than this one. Play has deteriorated so much in all phases of the game that at least some of the blame, IMO, has to be given to the manager and his coaches.

Time to clean house.
