What a great interview by " The Cat " with the Walker family ............good folks....happy for Jordan and his family on his first game in Atlanta where he watched a lot of Braves games and now playing for the good ole Cardinals...................

whew.......................It's never easy with what the cardinals bullpen is this year............................I didn't understand Marmol burning King with only 1 batter faced , especially with Romero on the IL.......................Marmol has a lot to learn on how to use a bullpen.......JMHO

Didn’t know Romero was on injured list. They say what is wrong? I know he sure didn’t look the same during an outing last week.

Cards hit 4 HR's with Stormin Gorman getting 2 of them.......
Mikolas with a very good 6 2/3 innings tonight
Jordan Walker with a great debut at Atlanta , with a crew of fans ,,,,great people .....

I am looking forward to seeing Strider pitch for the Braves tomorrow night as he is a K machine..................

yep....the called strike 3 on Walker and then the 1st strike call on Winn were both a FOOT outside..................

This has been the WORST home plate umping season that I can ever remember .....not even close balls called strikes...

Hudson struggled but got the win , now is 5-1 for the season
Gorman with a timely 3 run dinger to put it out of contention
Winn with his 1st MLB HR........good for him
Cardinals with 10 runs in the first game of the series.....11 runs tonight .....how about 12 runs tomorrow with Waino pitching

I had to look it up, but it's true. It's also a little misleading as Truist Park (1050 ft) is about 4x closer in elevation to #30 (Citizen's Bank Park @ 9 ft) than Coors Field (5183 ft)
