on Cardinal.tv it was a 90 minute delay so I watched Memphis and Springfield games instead........very entertaining games , both won their games......Gorman is in Fla. I believe and Saggese didn't play last night.....VS II batting .344 aand made an outstanding catch also...........

8 total pitchers for the Cardinals and it's becoming clear that O'Brien is not the long term answer as the closer.....he was lights out at the start of the season but is hanging on by a thread right now . IMHO............

Way to hold on today. Perez clearly missed the plate on the tag in the 9th. You could see dirt between the plate and his hand. What a terrible call to not reverse it on replay

Today Jordan Walker has fallen from 6th to 8th place in All-Star voting. This is totally shameful, given that he's near the league lead or leading the league in most categories.

Another solid start by Pallante. With 9 wins, he is 1 win behind the National League leader.

When Arizona brought in the new pitcher in the 9th, the camera showed the batting coach talking to the upcoming hitters. Right after the coach started talking, they went to commercial. That would be interesting to hear what they talk about.
