The down to earth moment might come as he stands at the plate admiring a "homer" than doesn't quite leave the park.

Cardinals start the road trip taking 2 of 3 from the unloveables with an 11-4 thumping today.............Cardinals top 2 offensive players come through with Burleson and Walker both getting 3 hits , 4 RBI's and a HR.........

Dobbins with 5 solid IP , 2 H , 2 ER , 4 BB , 7 K's...........career high 7 K's.........
Gastelum 2 IP , 1 H , 3 K's ..................best he has looked in a while...............


on to Cincy for a 5 game 4 day series with the Reds...........doubleheader tomorrow 1st game @ 12:40 pm CT...........2nd game starts @ 5:40 pm CT..........

LET' GO CARDINALS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
