Thanks for tuning into the " The Masyn Winn Show " tonight on the anniversary day of his debut as a Cardinal as he got \
3 XBH and his 5th HR leading us to a 3-0 victory...........

Kyle Leahy gains his 10th win this season and , IMO , is the # 1 SP this year.....he now has went 10 straight starts giving up 2 runs or fewer ......0 Walks in last 3 starts......another 6 K's in 5 IP.......

BP with another excellent game with Stanek , Graceffo , Soriano and O'Brien each with 1 no hit inning....O'Brien with his 32nd save........

next game tomorrow night @ 5:40 pm..................

This season, Oli has been someone who is not willing to put the arms in his bullpen in jeopardy for unnecessary reasons. Playing more the long game than doing it on a game by game basis. He typically won't pitch a guy 3 days in a row or 4 days out 5. If you watched the doubleheader yesterday, he used a lot of his top bullpen guys in Game 1.

We seriously going over this again? At the end of the 2021 season, Shildt WAS. GOING. TO. BE. FIRED! All the winning streak did was delay the inevitable. Anyone who watched the team late in that season could tell that was going to happen. The 17-game winning streak was a great story but Shildt's job security had already been decided well before that.
