Also, appears that they have painted the concrete walls at the base of the stands by the field navy blue instead of that nasty tan color it had been for years. Small touch but looks good.

not related to the rebrand, but in the photo showing the new north end zone, why do the lower deck stands look pristine, while the upper deck stands look filthy?

also love the navy paint on the wall in front of the lower stands, as another poster mentioned.

The lower stands have a gray paint on the cement. The upper deck doesn't have that.

Does look like they replaced the orange too based on all the rolls off to the side of the field.

Which, if true, means they can absolutely replace the midfield logo!

I'm guessing the only "rebranded" uniforms the women's soccer team got was the Orange ones?

(since I'm assuming we'd have seen a white or blue kit if they had it)

which is fine... they said it would be a couple years to completely roll out and Women's Soccer is hardly the #1 priority.

Continuing my thought, then I guess that means that they didn't have to leave the end zones blank and paint over them before...

Looks like they've changed a little bit too since the original unveiling

Also here was the white one from the unveiling

The lower stands have a gray paint on the cement. The upper deck doesn't have that.

In addition, when they photograph from the press boxes or where that was, the camera angle is almost parallel to the angle of the seats; whereas, the angle to the lower level is more looking down at the surface of the seats. So, the top deck, you are looking right at the concrete mostly, unobstructed by the seat. In the lower deck, you are mostly seeing the aluminum seat and much of the concrete (painted or not) is blocked out of view by the seats. Aluminum reflects light and is shiny, giving the appearance it is clean. Concrete is light-absorbent and rough causing darker colors to prevail in addition to real discolorations of the concrete by years of use + shadows under seats + possibly water stains where rain trickles down.

Make sense? :)

It appears the goalies' jerseys still have the Circle I logo. Lame.

Looks like volleyball has been changed a bit (or they have added another uni). The ones shown at the unveiling had blue numbers and orange sleeve stripes.

They won't.

They'll have more.

I don't like all orange unis in general and not super wild about the shield, but I like these soccer uniforms a lot.
