And the UNC baseball jerseys have the numbers on the wrong side, too. :D

apparently nike has reverted back to the same BACKGROUND UNI'S FOR EVERY TEAM. JUST ADD A TAR HEEL HERE, ARGYLE THERE, A BLACK OR GREY VERSION and an all white version..... how creative can you get. any computer can design these. AT LEAST UNDER ARMOUR (AND IM NOT TYPICALLY A FAN) is way more creative than this. nike needs to down size and let the senior designers start to work on everybody's rebrands. turn it over to an intern or a standard background and you'll get the same ol, same ol'

we should be looking at adidas or under armour for a new look.

That will probably never happen under Phyllis because she's, you know, on the Board of Directors of Nike Corporation.

Adidas has consistently put out the worst uniforms over the past few years. Under Armour would be fine, but I'd prefer to stick with Nike.

Yep, yep, and yep.

Wouldn't ever want to switch from Nike, but UA has been putting out some really sharp uniforms lately.

Uniforms design, maybe. Shoes, gear, and other equipment - no way. Leaving Nike would be a big hit, just so we can get some other uniforms.

Plus UA has had their fair share of bad in the arms race of ugly uniforms.

UA has great other non uniform products as well. Our high school has a lot of it and my kids' college choice (Maryland) has a lot of great stuff. I think Nike pales in comparison. As for Adidas....:hurl:

UA has some nice equipment, and i guess im only really looking at one faction of it, but I think there is a reason that UA doesnt have a ton of NBA/NFL athletes. From a personal standpoint too, id rather run in Crocs than UA shoes. Nike is the gold standard for athletic shoes. From Track to Basketball.

that being said, it doesnt matter what company you go with. If you dont keep them in check, theyll run wild. UA Nike Adidas Russel. It gotta be on the school to keep them all in check. They all wanna shove gray down your throat.

I would have to concur with you on this point. My baseball team was running poles yesterday and I actually had a kid take his off and run in just his socks because they were hurting his feet.

i guess i expected a lot more than we got from Nike. their work looks the same at every school. i wonder how the athletic staff feels?

Don't know if anyone else caught it, but there was a nice shield sighting at the draft on espn. Looks good on prime time espn, hope to see it there a lot more in the future!

I saw a couple new Nike apparel items with the Shield today if people are still looking. I'm sure there will be more as we get closer to football season.
