So I'm guessing this means between now and Monday Alford will go to IU and UCLA will steal Monty. We have to have our "so Illinois" moment right? Then the insiders will post "we had him but coaching searches are fluid".

2 planes meeting somewhere and one goes back to CU while the other goes to San Antonio. Also Ilnative (I think that's his name) posted before anyone else knew about Groce being fired. Plus whitesoxfan is back (welcome back) and said the same thing
I understand being pessimistic...nothing is official until it is official. But there is definitely smoke.

Honestly I feel like Marshall is a better fit at IU and Archie is a better fit at OSU. Although my preference would be that they come Illinois or stay out of the Big 10
I agree. I was initially bummed about Keatts. But I'm more optimistic we get one of these long-shots for no rational reason.
