I'd rather have Iowa St as the #2 seed on our region than Marquette, Arizona, or Tennessee. I think we got the easiest 2 seed of the bunch IMO. At the end of the day, all the 2 seeds are very strong
No easy paths in the tournament until the upsets start. We have a very winnable first weekend. We can worry about the second weekend when we get there.
I think Iowa and MSU will be out.
I’m looking forward to playing Purdue again!

FAU has been coasting through the regular season. They've been playing the season out like an NBA team. These guys are super talented though. Might be the toughest 8/9 seed in the bracket and a very tough 2nd round matchup for UCONN but UCONN is too good

Been watching them a lot and they can be tough. Really difficult offensive sets to defend.
Purdue a 1 seed in the Midwest playing winner of 16 seed play-in game between Montana State and Grambling on Friday in Indy.
If I'm Uconn, I'm pissed about being handed the number 1 overall seed and given the hardest bracket by far. Florida Atlantic in the 2nd round, Auburn, Illinois, and Iowa St. Wow!!!

The Fighting John Groce's of Akron are a 14 seed facing 3 seed Creighton in Pittsburgh on Thursday.

They don't defend anyone, and they are a streaky shooting team.
I'm not overly worried all things considered. Plus, you'll have a lot of Iowa State fans who won't support a Big 12 rival.
Looks like the Iowa State fans bought all of the tickets in Omaha already. I looked, and the cheapest all-session tickets for a top of the arena corner seat is nearly $500. Lower deck all session seats are already over $1,000 for 2.
