The only thing I'm a little iffy on is the optics of JW saying in the presser that they don't do they arent investigators but then using their own information for the panel. Not saying that they shouldn't do it but it might look a little questionable after he said that.
Josh wasn’t going to lead on to what they know in a press conference. Went all this is done I’ll put out a post detailing as much as I can.

Does anyone know when the committee will announce a decision on TSJ’s playing status for the time being

Then you haven’t….mis representation falls under rape in Kansas law
The charging document clearly states he was charged under subsection 1a/b. The misrepresentation stuff is subsections 4/5 and don't apply since they deal with "sexual intercourse was a medically or therapeutically necessary procedure" and "sexual intercourse was a legally required procedure within the scope of the offender's authority".

Isn't misrepresentation limited to misrepresentation of medical or law enforcement misrepresentation? Did his charge state force was used? Maybe i misread something.
Some on here read it that way, but from what I read, any misrepresentation -- presenting yourself as wealthy and using that to intice your partner, for example -- could get you charged with rape if your partner found out you were actually poor and got upset. They could say you misled them, thereby meaning they couldn't consent since they didn't have all the facts

If TJ is reinstated Tuesday does he play that night or get back in practice and aim for Friday return?

Read the Kansas rape laws….all sexual actions were consensual
Well, I believe that is the case. However, the courts issued a warrant so now that's up to them to decide. Has a university ever allowed a player to play in games on a rape charge while released on bail? Like I said I think he is innocent like you do but until its cleared up. History and logic says with a "zero tolerance policy" as long as the courts say otherwise I can't see him playing. Do you really think he will when out on bond 0440? I dont.

I don't think that is the case, from my reading. I think misrepresentation has to do with the act, not with who commits the act.

I don’t know if this means anything but interesting…
