LOL and there's of course another highlighted statement above it that says they're all correct. So which is it? Correct? Not correct? I am slowly losing faith in humanity (at least, humanity in Douglas County, KS) the further this drags on.

Once some established facts started coming out, the whole scenario did not make a scintilla of sense. The missing piece for me was the DA. After learning more, it does. She was in over her head from day one on this situation. You get yourself in such a situation you check your ego at the door and ask for advice from one of your deputies who has had years of experience.

0440 knows of what he speaks. The come to Jesus meeting has already taken place or is in the works. I suspect her accuser has her attorney involved. Details to work out as in no criminal charges for filing a false police report. Probably getting a release from Shannon for any civil damages he might have against her. Will take a little while, I am sure the DA is trying to put the best spin on an abysmal situation.

I would expect it is all over except the shouting. The problem is when a situation like this meets its inevitable death it is never with the same fanfare with which it was given birth. A shame he had to go through this and no, he will not be better for it.

That is listed after the bold text saying "The hearings on this page are correct as of" I would assume that it means nothing after that time is guaranteed to be on there.

I see proceedings related to "marriage" scheduled, so perhaps this is civil cases only?

Not for nothin’, but I’ve checked that document just about everyday since he was arrested and I’ve never seen his name on there.

That is his case number, but it is connected to Jan 9 instead of Jan 18 as before.
