I don't want to reread everything. I can say for certain that nothing like that is any official document that has been released. I am fairly sure TSJ said he had no contact or interaction with the accuser.
Clubs must have changed a quite a bit since my partying days. Not saying crazy stuff never happened, but frequently?
I really hope you are not equating viewing content on social media to sexual assault….
If I'm on a jury, the lack of effort by police in finding/talking to other people who were at the bar, especially a specific individual identified by accuser as being near the alleged incident, communicates to me that LPD had little interest in discovering the truth of what occurred that night. It's as if they didn't want to know. How could I trust the investigation given this?
I agree that the investigation doesn't come across as robust, but I don't know all that they have/haven't done or why. TSJ's camp also hasn't released any witness statements that clearly exonerate him or contradict her account, so I'm not sure this amounts to anything (yet).
In other words, there are things that may be signs of incompetence, but I don't think anything that's public so far is severe enough that the panel should be expected to reinstate him.
I would think that not only the other players with him at the bar could be potential character witnesses for TJ, but what about the young lady he supposedly had his arm around? One would think she was the closest to the interaction and would have a solid idea of what occurred.
Almost as if LPD half-assed the investigation because they thought it was a weak case, yet the DA decided to go through with it anyway.
I thought that at first, too, but the full statement was:
"[She] stated she had a drink in her hand, but had only taken a few sips from it and was not in any way intoxicated. [She] stated because of how crowded the Martini room was, it was hot and uncomfortable so she and [her friend] made their way to the door"
There are multiple rooms/levels in the bar, so they were merely leaving that one room.

Agree completely. I've been to hundreds of bars hundreds of times and I've never seen or heard of anything like this taking place. Literally, never. The accusation and the charges have been extremely dubious from the very beginning. Not saying it could not have happened, but if it did we have not heard the whole story of the interaction; and if that's the case then the LPD and AD are even more incompetent than they appear now.

If there was another girl standing with TSJ, wouldn't she have been questioned as to what she observed? I'm no lawyer, but that would have been my first move.

Well, there's always the chance that they did question her but she had nothing useful for them.
Were you ever at Kams? Not saying I've ever seen a guy just start fingering a woman within 10 seconds of her walking over it but definitely seen sexual acts in bars.
You would hope she would have been interviewed. But they do have to know who she is in order to do that, and it seems possible to me that neither TJ nor the accuser know who she was.

Yeah, not sure what bars people were at in college, but I definitely saw people with hands in each others pants at campus bars when I was there. And I'm sure the number of times I saw it was only a fraction of the number of times it happened in a bar I was at.
Idk guys. The more I sit and ponder, the more I think this move is designed to protect his NBA stock, which is ultimately what matters. I hope he has his day in court, I hope he is found not guilty, and I hope he makes a boat load in the NBA, but I’m less and less confident that the TRO gets granted

Unless charges are dropped he is not getting drafted. What team would take that chance? If he gets cleared they would invite him to the G league.
