By my count, we've entered the 11th thread on the subject.
The judge can rule on the TRO any minute up to 60 days.
Honestly, I hope so. Aside from him not practicing, that would be THE story, flying him in from a court hearing to step off the plane and play.If the TRO is granted this week, unlikely TSJ plays Thursday right? He’s got his Kansas hearing the same day.
This TSJ Thread should be a .gif only thread. Seriously. There's nothing else to say until there's something else to say.
Does he have to be at the hearing, or can his attorneys show up in his place? If the TRO is granted this week, unlikely TSJ plays Thursday right? He’s got his Kansas hearing the same day.
He has to attend the hearing to physically enter the plea himself. However, I’m not sure if this can or cannot be done via Zoom.Does he have to be at the hearing, or can his attorneys show up in his place?
Expecting to hear something tomorrow
should not beAny of the lawyers here think the Illinois judge is waiting to see the events on the 18th in Lawrence? Is ether anything more she can learn that will help her decide on the TRO?
There is either additional evidence the DA is holding onto, or a lot of people - including some who post here - will owe TSJ quite an apology.I genuinely cannot understand how we’ve gotten to this point with no witnesses, no video evidence, and the DNA test didn’t match Terrence (according to Kedric Prince). All this is based off the alleged victim’s story and that they were in the vicinity of each other.

If the ruling is not in TJS’s favor, I would assume they would appeal to a higher court or file a different appeal? Hopefully it doesn’t come to that.Expecting to hear something tomorrow
Is there an appeal possible for a TRO?If the ruling is not in TJS’s favor, I would assume they would appeal to a higher court or file a different appeal? Hopefully it doesn’t come to that.
Anyone (@mrh vet )? know when the prosecution would be obligated to share any such info with the defense? Would the info somehow be made public when that happened? Obviously I'm not an attorney and did not stat at Holiday Inn.There is either additional evidence the DA is holding onto, or a lot of people - including some who post here - will owe TSJ quite an apology.
