He has to attend the hearing to physically enter the plea himself. However, I’m not sure if this can or cannot be done via Zoom.

In Kansas a personal appearance is normally required at arraignment for a felony but the court has discretion to allow it to be done electronically

I genuinely cannot understand how we’ve gotten to this point with no witnesses, no video evidence, and the DNA test didn’t match Terrence (according to Kedric Prince). All this is based off the alleged victim’s story and that they were in the vicinity of each other.

If the ruling is not in TJS’s favor, I would assume they would appeal to a higher court or file a different appeal? Hopefully it doesn’t come to that.

Anyone (@mrh vet )? know when the prosecution would be obligated to share any such info with the defense? Would the info somehow be made public when that happened? Obviously I'm not an attorney and did not stat at Holiday Inn.

I don’t expect the TRO to be granted. If it is I think playing him is the right thing to do but I cringe at what the reaction will be from media and other fans that don’t know what we do.

BTW, if DNA was found that wasnt is that I’m reading is being claimed why would that not be in his TRO filing?
