What were the final odds for that parlay (don't feel like doing the math)?
I am sure you laid down $1,000 on that parlay![]()

Duke has made plays/take advantage of Clemson mistakes. 2 block fg 2 fumble recovery one being on the goal line. Clemson should be winning but are downI don't know if I want to live in a world where Duke is also good at football.

I don’t think they got it right. Targeting should be part of the play. It is no different than roughing the passer after an incomplete pass on 4th down.
It is different though. Its a rule that the play is over when a QB starts his slide.I don’t think they got it right. Targeting should be part of the play. It is no different than roughing the passer after an incomplete pass on 4th down.

Roughing the passer typically doesn't occur after the ball has hit the ground. By rule it's a live ball foul. A dead ball hit on the quarterback would be unnecessary roughness, and subject to the same rule as the play in question tonight. As is the play on an incomplete pass....
Yep, Home and Home with Duke, then 4 straights years with Missouri.I wonder who is Illinois' P5 non-conference matchup after Kansas [checking website].......oh god.
How is it, in all my years of watching football (42 years) I’ve never seen a dead ball foul on fourth down that’s resulted in a turnover on downs and the penalty being enforced after the change of possession? While I can’t recall any particular play off the top of my head, it always seems like the team that had the ball gets to keep the ball. That call tonight was a first for me.Roughing the passer typically doesn't occur after the ball has hit the ground. By rule it's a live ball foul. Any time a player slides it is a dead ball.
