So with Feliz visiting this weekend, is it safe to assume if Ramey wants in he must commit tonight or tomorrow? How awkward would it be if Ramey decides to commit say in a day or two while Feliz is already on campus?

I also don’t think the staff will tell Feliz to wait. In some ways I think they want Feliz just as much as Ramey.
They have put a lot of work with the Ramey recruitment but this is the end game. For Ramey it’s now or never. I expect never.
Will be very happy with Feliz.

Stop with the what to show the recruits. The lead recruiter on the staff has put in enough time to know what should be driving the recruit's decision. Playing time, history, academics...No magic bullet.

Honestly I come here to be entertained and informed. There is no difference between post about in home visit recruiting and who/why we should be recruiting. I just do not see the difference in someone saying this is how we should sell this kid in his home, and this is why we should be going after Hinson instead of Trice....

Looks like Jontay Porter has declared for draft but will not hire an agent. Not sure if this means anything to the Ramey's, but I would think he will grade out and his Mizzou career will be finished.

I think by next Tuesday we will have a commitment from Feliz. I don't see us slow playing the #1 JUCO PG for a chance to get Ramey. With this in home today, there has to be a strong indication Ramey will do an official visit to Illinois with a follow-up commitment.

Well it's certainly not a question of money for his family in that case. Nor one of alienation from the coaching staff. And he already reclassified so he's young. Plus this draft is brutal.

I would stay if I were him.

Definitely a matter of perspective. Most of his mates in the top 100 are long signed.
