Some fun, impactful top 25 games on the schedule today:
6pm
MSU at #2 Michigan
#17 OSU at #3 Baylor
TCU at #6 WVU
Iowa St at #18 Texas Tech

8pm
Huskers at #5 Iowa
#15 Texas at #16 Oklahoma
Arizona State at #24 Colorado

I feel like Nebraska is going to get blitzed, but it would be a pleasant surprise to see them muck Iowa up. I'm watching this one for as long as the Huskers are still in it, which may not be past the first media timeout.

MSU-Michigan is a win/win or lose/lose. It will be interesting to see how Michigan responds - do they play tight, shoot poorly and let MSU beat up on Dickinson? Or do the perimeter guys play aggressive and loose? If they lose tonight, there will be some soul-searching in Ann Arbor as to what this team is really capable of, and this is a bad time of year to be finding that out. Sunday would be on the road against a team that just beat them, with a ton of unexpected pressure....pressure they haven't really faced this year to protect the regular season title and their #1 seed.
Boy, I hate MSU but I would love to see an upset tonight.

For Baylor/OSU, clearly Baylor can be beat, but WVU taking them to OT the other night should have them dialed in for this game. I don't seem them dropping this one after surviving a scare against a much better Huggins squad.

I'd be OK with TCU beating WVU but that ain't happening. Definitely not on the road.

I don't think MSU can beat up on Dickinson the way they did on Kofi. He is very good at passing out of a double team, and he would absolutely destroy a triple team. The Michigan offense thrives on having him double teamed.

Oh, I totally agree. I'm just curious whether Livers, Wagner and Smith will react to getting skunked by playing aggressively or not. If they don't dial it up better than they did against us, he's in for a long, bruising evening in the paint.

Would like to see Izzo play full court thug ball his next 2 games against Michigan the way he did against the Illini. You know, using his full arsenal of hacks, whacks, thwaks, trips, grips, flips, nose twirls, purple nurples, stooge slaps, eye pokes, knuckle noogies, and wet willies. Anything he can do to earn us a Big Ten title. Maybe his goons are good for something.

These have got to be play-in games for MSU, right? If they don’t win at least 1, I don’t see them getting in at 8-12 in the conference. Good luck, UM!

In Breslin they might be able to get away with their specific brand of murderball, but outside the friendly confines of their court they'll get blown off of it. Like their game at Maryland a week ago.

Sounds like we may be getting Dickie V for our game Saturday. Can't remember the last time he did one of our games.

Man, someone should show it to the players. Just keep piling on the “us vs the world” mentality.

-No justice for Ayo
-No repercussions for an assistant coach touching our player when the coach was illegally on the court
-Can’t even spell our name right
-I bet there is more I can’t think of

The college basketball world has absolutely no respect for Illinois. (We’ve been dormant for too long) I can’t wait for the coaches and players to permanently change that narrative.

I can see a split between MSU and Mich as it will satisfy the upper echelon of the B1G. If Mich wins tonight, you will see the officials doing everything possible to get MSU in the tourney.

Watching Mayer from Baylor and think he is twice the player as Wagner. Hawkins a physical specimen in comparison to Wagner.

I can't help it, I'm rooting for Michigan on this one. I don't really know who I want to win a game sometimes until the game is actually going, but watching the scores, I'm wanting MSU to lose and miss the tournament.

Man, Ayo really had to fall on the sword so Big10 refs would actually call flagrants. Pretty bad look for the conference.

Agreed. I want a National Championship. We’ve won B1G titles before. So, I want MSU and their dirtbag coach to miss the dance.

I’m still pissed about his BAM comments.

What does everyone think of this concept?

These Michigan fans are live reacting to the game and interacting with people as the game goes on. I haven't seen Illini fans do this. I think it's cool.

Welp, just remember we once couldn't spell Ayo's last name right on his own jersey
