What if OA can solve that issue? He never had to be a big rebounder at Wisky. What if he can be a 12-7 guy? Would that work?
It’s not that he didn’t have to be a rebounder, he’s just not good at it. He’s too soft to play inside and completely forgot how to shoot the basketball this past season.

Mark Smith just entered the portal. I tried to post this 5 minutes ago but I’m laughing so hard I can barely breathe.

Joel Goodson

respect my decision™
I certainly hope so. But he has to be able to get open/create his shot. He had difficulties this season with athletic/lanky defenders. Also, got snuffed on drives far too often. Spot shooting, I think, yeah, he's the guy. But when a top defender is on him? Jury's out. Hopefully, he's learned a lot from this season and puts in the necessary work to advance his game.

replying to myself again, ugh.

Anyway, I forgot about Hutch. Assuming he's healthy, he'll probably be option 1A. Miller will be 1B. Good problem to have.

To me the 2 Indiana guards are a no brainer. Lander could use a curbelo to handle the pg load while he comes along. And I think Franklin is really good. Woulda looked much better on a better team. Play relatively small but how many huge centers do you have to worry about next year? No Garza, no trevion, no Johnson, no Wisconsin guys. Giorgi is fine and we’ll have long wings to slide in at the 4.

I think with or without Hutch, it's going to be more equal opportunity, even when it comes to taking the last shot. Which is just fine with me personally, since I thought Ayo's notoriety as "The Closer" made our end of game a little too predictable (granted, he somehow delivered every time despite that).

Completely agree. Everyone needs to be ready to shoot. Run some pick and roll action with Andre, and let him find the open man.
Hopefully we have enough players that no one will need to be “the Man”
Although if Adam transforms into the AceWolf, that would be nice.

I like the idea of not one closer, although if Kofi comes back I would feed him, we are at least getting a foul.

Curbelo with the ball in his hand would be fine too. he doesn’t have to take the last shot but he could create a shot for someone else.
Can attest to the fact that Belo is working hard on his 3 pt range right now, based on his Instagram account. He has one, it's just a matter of unlocking it at game speed. He is going to make a big leap next year.

I would take Thompson over Reuvers if we're talking in-conference PF transfers.
That kid is tough.
