ok, as long as you promise.I can promise you athletes don’t care about the piece of the net except for in that specific moment. It’ll end up in a box for most. Pictures, videos, memories mean a lot more. Don’t overthink it.

He's opted out of it. Same with cade cunningham and suggsI don’t see Franz Wagner on either the NBA or G League combine lists. Did he withdraw from the draft or are my eyes just bad?
My understanding of the combine is it’s more for the guys hoping to move up, not the lottery guys. That may or may not be completely accurate.I don’t see Franz Wagner on either the NBA or G League combine lists. Did he withdraw from the draft or are my eyes just bad?
Was Dee projected to go high in the 05 draft?Deron Williams opted out of the combine. Dee stayed in and broke his foot at the combine.
That just seems like a list of guys not projected to be drafted and who are likely going to be playing college ball next year.Kofi not the only higher profile prospect on G League combine list: McClung, Marcus Garrett, Dickinson, Marcus Carr, Liddell…

That’s how I remember it as well. And I think Dee was a little upset with Weber for telling him he should come back.My recollection: Most people were saying he should stay another year in college, that his stats were too reliant on how good his team was (he was playing with several other future pros, obviously) and that he needed to prove he was a pro level guy on his own, able to get his shot off, lead a team, etc.. The general sense was that he was a second-rounder, but might go undrafted because in addition, he was pretty under-sized for an NBA PG. So to directly answer your question, no he wasn't. It took a lot of people by surprise, including the staff, when he seemed intent on staying in the draft.
I definitely remember that. That’s how I remember it as well. And I think Dee was a little upset with Weber for telling him he should come back.

Yes, in accordance with the record declining.Same here. Dee was caught off guard, I think assuming Weber would help promote his bid once he made his decision. A lot of people believed at the time that if you wanted to attract good players, you need to give that kind of advice behind closed doors, but support them fully in public. We all know how the Weber era went, so no need to relitigate it. But suffice to say, it was one of the criticisms of Weber that got louder as time went on.

The both look great!
Was Weber dancing in that photo or was it just meThe both look great!
It is a simple process. He is making his own decisions regarding HIS life. All he had to do was preserve his eligibility to come back for one more year, and this could have been a relatively simple process. Now, it's getting more complicated.
